1.What this tool is
DSN Content Pipeline is an internal publishing tool operated by Digital Star Network ("DSN") for its own social media workflow. It connects DSN's internal content pipeline to TikTok's official APIs so authorized DSN team members can stage edited video drafts into DSN's own TikTok inbox and, once approved, publish them to DSN's own TikTok accounts. It is not a public service.
2.Who may use it
Use is limited to authorized members of the DSN team who have been issued internal access credentials. There are no public user accounts, no sign-ups, and no paid plans. The service is free for authorized internal users.
3.Acceptable use
Authorized users may use the tool only for DSN's own content publishing workflow: signing in with their own TikTok credentials, uploading videos they hold the rights to publish, staging drafts to DSN's TikTok inbox, and publishing approved content to DSN's TikTok accounts. Users must not:
- connect accounts or upload content they do not have the right to publish;
- attempt to access another user's data, sessions, or credentials;
- use the tool to circumvent TikTok's platform rules or rate limits;
- reverse-engineer or interfere with the tool's operation.
4.Content
Users retain all rights to the content they upload. By using the tool, the user represents they have all rights necessary to publish that content and grants DSN permission to process it for the purpose of staging and publishing it to TikTok. DSN does not sell user content.
5.Third-party services
The tool uses TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API. Use of those services is also subject to TikTok's own terms and community guidelines. DSN is not responsible for TikTok's availability, review decisions, or content policies.
6.No warranties; limitation of liability
The tool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss caused by TikTok API downtime, content rejection, or account actions by TikTok.
7.Suspension and changes
DSN may suspend or revoke access for any user who violates these terms. DSN may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to authorized users before taking effect.
8.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
